Owner Josh Longo grew up in a hardworking family rooted in local business and construction. Starting at just 6 years old, he worked alongside his father in the concrete industry, learning the value of precision, dedication, and doing the job right the first time. Today, that same tradition continues, with his father now working beside him installing pools throughout the community.

Before starting Clearwater Pools & Spas, Josh spent 12 years working as a lineman, where safety, reliability, and attention to detail mattered every day. He now brings that same work ethic and professionalism into every pool project.

Unlike many companies, Clearwater Pools & Spas handles projects from start to finish without subcontractors or shortcuts. Josh personally oversees every installation, from excavation and preparation to the final details, ensuring customers receive consistent quality and communication throughout the entire process.

Clearwater Pools & Spas specializes in liner pools, fiberglass pools, above-ground pools, and Aspen Spas hot tubs and swim spas proudly made in St. Louis — helping families create outdoor spaces built for relaxation, connection, and lasting memories.

Josh and his wife, Jessica, are proud to be raising their three children with the same values of hard work, integrity, and family commitment that built the business. In the summers, their son can often be found helping on job sites, continuing the family tradition of learning the trade from the ground up.
